This is not a coaching website, and we are not accountable for your interpretation of any content.

Currency

All sales are billed in EUR.

Refunds and cancellation Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our refund and cancellation policy below.

1. Digital Products

  • Due to the nature of digital products, refunds will only be granted under exceptional circumstances, such as technical failures that prevent access to the purchased product for an extended period of time.

  • If you experience technical issues, contact support at hello@majametlicar.com.

2. Online Services

  • Cancellations must be requested 30 days before the scheduled service to receive a refund. Refunds are given in this case only under special circumstances decided in each case individually.

  • No refunds for services already provided.

3. In-person Events

  • We generally don’t offer refunds for in-person events.

  • In exceptional circumstances reviewed individually a substitution of products can be offered.

4. Chargebacks and Disputes

  • If you dispute a charge, contact us first to resolve the issue.

Registration

To access certain features of the Site, we may ask you to provide certain demographic information. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, we have the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Site.

Passwords

To use certain features of the Site, you may need a username and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account and are responsible for all activities under your password or account. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your password or account information.
